Emotional hiding is a stronghold that keeps many women stuck. This week, we war against fear, shame, and the lies that make us believe we must be perfect to be accepted.

• Break every stronghold of fear and insecurity
• Declare: “I tear down every lie that says I must hide to be loved. I am free to be whole.”
